- With over 20 years’ experience in this area of work, Adrian has run a property maintenance company and has his own plumbing, heating and electrical company which also takes on general maintenance repairs. Adrian has been a landlord and a director for many years. It’s this experience that means we really understand what you, as directors and owners of apartment blocks, require
